۱. معرفی و دامنه کاربرد
بات «اثر کمیاب جهانی» با نام Global Rare Impact Bot، یکی از مسیرهای دسترسی به منابع آموزشی، کتاب‌ها، پژوهش‌ها، دوره‌ها، خدمات کوچینگ و سایر برنامه‌های مرتبط با اکوسیستم Global Rare Impact و پلتفرم RareImpactX است.
این بات در ارتباط با فعالیت‌های حرفه‌ای، آموزشی و پژوهشی نادر باقرزاده فعالیت می‌کند.
مسئول پردازش اطلاعات شخصی کاربران این بات، نادر باقرزاده است.
این سیاست توضیح می‌دهد چه اطلاعاتی ممکن است در جریان استفاده از بات پردازش شود، این اطلاعات برای چه اهدافی استفاده می‌شوند، چه مدت نگهداری خواهند شد و کاربران چگونه می‌توانند حقوق خود را پیگیری کنند.
بات یک خدمت مستقل از تلگرام است و توسط تلگرام اداره یا تأیید نمی‌شود. پردازش اطلاعات توسط خود تلگرام تابع سیاست‌های آن پلتفرم است.
۲. اطلاعاتی که ممکن است پردازش شود
بسته به امکانات فعال و نوع تعامل کاربر، بات ممکن است اطلاعات زیر را دریافت یا پردازش کند:
- شناسه عددی تلگرام، نام نمایشی و نام کاربری، در صورت وجود؛

۴. ارتباط با وب‌سایت RareImpactX
ممکن است در آینده بات از طریق رابط فنی امن به وب‌سایت RareImpactX متصل شود.
این اتصال می‌تواند برای نمایش دوره‌ها، مدیریت درخواست‌های ثبت‌نام، ارائه خدمات و نمایش وضعیت دسترسی کاربران مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
اتصال فنی بات به وب‌سایت به معنای انتقال خودکار تمام اطلاعات کاربران نیست.
هرگونه انتقال یا اشتراک‌گذاری اطلاعات شخصی باید به هدف مشخص، ضرورت ارائه خدمت، مبنای قانونی مناسب و اطلاع‌رسانی شفاف محدود باشد.

۵. تمرین‌های فردی و محتوای خصوصی

۶. مدت نگهداری اطلاعات

۶.۱. شرکت‌کنندگان دوره‌ها
اطلاعات ثبت‌نام، مشارکت و پیشرفت آموزشی تا پایان دوره یا برنامه مربوط نگهداری می‌شود.
پس از پایان دوره، اطلاعاتی که دیگر برای ارائه خدمات ضروری نیستند، بدون تأخیر غیرضروری حذف یا ناشناس‌سازی خواهند شد؛ مگر آنکه نگهداری آن‌ها بر اساس قانون یا تعهد معتبر دیگری ضروری باشد.
ادامه عضویت در بات به‌تنهایی مجوز نگهداری نامحدود تمام سوابق دوره‌های گذشته نیست.
۶.۲. اعضای فعال بات
اطلاعات ضروری حساب و تنظیمات کاربران تا زمانی نگهداری می‌شود که عضویت آنان ادامه داشته باشد و اطلاعات همچنان برای ارائه خدمات مورد استفاده ضروری باشد.
کاربران می‌توانند در هر زمان درخواست حذف اطلاعات خود را ثبت کنند.
۶.۳. اطلاعاتی که نگهداری آن‌ها ضرورت قانونی دارد
در صورت وجود الزام قانونی یا قراردادی معتبر، اطلاعات مربوط فقط برای مدت و هدف ضروری نگهداری می‌شوند.
۶.۴. نسخه‌های پشتیبان
در صورت استفاده از نسخه‌های پشتیبان، دوره نگهداری، دسترسی و حذف اطلاعات موجود در آن‌ها باید در زیرساخت فنی بات مشخص و اجرا شود.
جزئیات این فرایند پیش از شروع پردازش عملیاتی اطلاعات کاربران نهایی خواهد شد.
۶.۵. توقف فعالیت بات
در صورت توقف دائمی فعالیت بات، اطلاعات کاربران مطابق الزامات قانونی و شرایط توسعه‌دهندگان تلگرام حذف خواهد شد؛ مگر در مواردی که نگهداری اطلاعات به‌صورت قانونی مجاز یا ضروری باشد.
۷. امنیت و حفاظت از اطلاعات
حفاظت از اطلاعات شخصی کاربران یکی از الزامات طراحی و بهره‌برداری بات است.
پیش از آغاز پردازش عملیاتی اطلاعات کاربران، تدابیر امنیتی متناسب با الزامات تلگرام و قوانین قابل‌اعمال باید پیاده‌سازی و آزمایش شوند.
این تدابیر شامل موارد زیر خواهد بود:
- محدودسازی دسترسی به اطلاعات بر اساس ضرورت انجام وظایف؛
- رمزنگاری اطلاعات ذخیره‌شده و نگهداری جداگانه کلیدهای رمزنگاری؛

۸. حقوق کاربران و حذف اطلاعات
کاربران می‌توانند مطابق قوانین قابل‌اعمال درخواست‌های زیر را ثبت کنند:

- دسترسی به اطلاعات ذخیره‌شده؛

درخواست‌های معتبر در مهلت مقرر قانونی و بدون تأخیر غیرضروری بررسی خواهند شد. هدف عملیاتی، پاسخ‌گویی حداکثر ظرف ۳۰ روز است، مگر آنکه قانون قابل‌اعمال مهلت متفاوتی تعیین کند.
برای جلوگیری از دسترسی غیرمجاز، ممکن است احراز هویت متناسب ضروری باشد.
مسدودکردن بات یا حذف گفت‌وگو در تلگرام لزوماً موجب حذف خودکار اطلاعات ذخیره‌شده در سامانه مستقل بات نمی‌شود.
کاربران می‌توانند درخواست حذف را از طریق ایمیل رسمی ثبت کنند. پس از پیاده‌سازی قابلیت مدیریت حساب، مسیر مستقیمی برای درخواست حذف اطلاعات نیز در بات ارائه خواهد شد.
۹. آموزش، کوچینگ و محدودیت خدمات
محتوای آموزشی، تمرین‌ها و منابع بات برای یادگیری، خودآگاهی و توسعه فردی یا حرفه‌ای ارائه می‌شوند.

معرفی کتاب GRIT™، چارچوب‌های مفهومی GRIC™ یا پژوهش‌هایی مانند ADO به معنای تأیید تجربی یا اعتبارسنجی علمی تمام مفاهیم مطرح‌شده نیست.
۱۰. تلگرام و ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات فنی
Global Rare Impact Bot یک خدمت مستقل است و وابستگی سازمانی یا تأیید رسمی از طرف تلگرام ندارد.
تعامل کاربران با تلگرام تابع سیاست‌های حریم خصوصی و شرایط استفاده از آن پلتفرم نیز هست.
در صورت استفاده از خدمات میزبانی، پایگاه داده، زیرساخت ارتباطی یا ارائه‌دهندگان فنی دیگر، دسترسی آنان به اطلاعات باید به ضرورت ارائه خدمت محدود شود و مشمول تدابیر حفاظتی مناسب باشد.
